1 - INGREDIENTS





• Water--tap water is fine
• Malt
• Hops
• Yeast
• Large stainless steel pot with lid, at least 4 gallons
• Two food-grade plastic buckets with lids
• Airlock
• Racking cane (rigid plastic)
• 6 feet of vinyl siphon hose
• Two cases of clean, non-twist-top beer bottles
• A bottle capper
• Package of crown caps
• 2 cans of unhopped, liquid malt extract
• Two ounces of hops with alpha-acid levels between 4 to 8 percent
• A package of ale yeast
• 2/3 cup of corn sugar
• Chlorine bleach
